I was a parrothead in the closet for a long time, enjoyed everything about Jimmy Buffett but celebrated it just as a fan. After my divorce in 2002 I made some huge changes and started doing things that I have always wanted to do and just never did. So I looked up the Tampa Bay Parrotheads and found where they met and when. Went to my first meeting in August 2002 and became a member. I enjoy being around people that enjoy the same music I do and want to help with change in our environment and of course I am crazy in love with the Florida Manatee!!!  I love the idea that we can be whoever we are, dress as crazy as we can and sing JB music out of tune and we all accept each other because we are TBPH!!!
